So happy to finally be home! 10 feet of snow since the beginning of the season, and it just keeps dumping out! The skiing has been incredible, but if your legs need a breather, come by the store at 394 W Colorado Ave (main st), Telluride.
In case you haven't heard, Telluride hasn't always been the skier's paradise that we now know and love. Originally established as a mining town in the late 19th century, Telluride did not officially become a powder destination until 1972 when the ski resort opened its doors to the public.
We journeyed down to Oaxaca this fall in hopes of finding and working with artisans that still uphold their traditional crafts. Although one of the poorest mexican states, Oaxaca offers everything from amazing goods to amazing food to amazing new friends! Located in SW Mexico, Oaxaca boasts colorful and diverse villages, many that host weekly markets offering textiles, pottery, food, chickens...I mean you name it!
Our most recent collection offers some of our most cherished Oaxacan finds fit for any type of home!
